Ivan and Oleg came to our house because our refrigerator wasn't working. Ivan spent 45 minutes with me explaining the issue and was so honest and knowledgable. I know will use them outside of our home warranty because of the great customer service they provided. 5 stars all the way around!!!
Requested service was filled within an hour by an excellent technician, Victor, who told us exactly what the problem was and directed us as to how the issue could be solved. He was thorough, thoughtful, and answered all our questions. Highly recommended.
